The Website is operated by BrightSense Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62013KA2026PTC228550), with its registered office at Building No 46, 1st Floor, 12th Main Rd, Sector 6, HSR Layout, Bangalore South, Bangalore 560102, Karnataka (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our").

1.2 By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the Website.

1.3 If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 You may browse the Website, share links to it and contact the Company through it, for lawful purposes only.

2.2 You agree not to:

• (a) use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• (b) submit any information that is false, misleading, defamatory or that infringes the rights of any person;
• (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
• (d) introduce any virus, malicious code or other harmful material;
• (e) overload or disrupt the Website, or extract its content in bulk by automated means.

3. Information you submit

3.1 Information you submit through the Website, whether through the contact form or by email to an address published on it, must be accurate and must not breach these Terms.

3.2 You permit the Company to use that information to respond to you and for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 All content on the Website, including text, graphics, design, logos and the names "BrightSense" and "Branly", is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2 You may view the Website and quote short extracts from it for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit BrightSense as the source. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any content on the Website, or use the Company's names or logos in any manner that suggests endorsement, without the Company's prior written consent.

5. Branly and third-party websites

5.1 The Website contains links to Branly at branly.ai and may contain links to other third-party websites. Use of Branly is governed by the Branly Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5.2 The Company is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites, and a link to a third-party website does not imply the Company's endorsement of it.

6. Careers

6.1 Roles listed on the Website are invitations to apply. They do not constitute an offer of employment. An offer of employment is valid only if made in writing by the Company and is subject to its own terms.

6.2 The Company does not charge any fee at any stage of its recruitment process. Genuine communication about roles at the Company is sent only from an @brightsense.tech email address. If you receive a request for payment, or an offer that appears to come from the Company through any other channel, please report it to [email protected].

6.3 The handling of personal data submitted with job applications is set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The Website and its content are provided for general information only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and up to date, it makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy or availability of the Website or its content.

7.2 Statistics and figures quoted from third parties are attributed to their sources and are, to the best of the Company's knowledge, accurate at the time of publication. The Company does not independently guarantee them.
